Bugs Splitting From Suggs

Postby AndyDufresne on Sun Mar 07, 2010 9:30 pm

Ahoy Ahoy Conquer Club Members!

It has been a long time coming, but we are indeed going to finally split the Suggestion and Bug Reports forum into two separate forums, to ensure that as the website grows, critical issues and minor annoyances get noted and fixed. We've been on the top of all the major bugs that have been reported, but to ensure that we do not overlook any of the little bugs, that could potentially even become big bugs, we're splitting the forum so we can keep better track of all the quirks and buggy twitches Conquer Club may experience in the future.

So because of this split, we'd like to recruit a few Temporary Volunteers that would be interested in helping to move all the Bug topics to the new Bug Reports forum. If you are interested, please post in this topic and we will contact a few of the applicants with further details and specifics when everything is ready for the split.

Here's to squashing bugs!

Ha, I saw the 13 Colonies thread moved to the bottom, and I thought it was accidentally put into C&A ;)

Side benefit: suggs are in a separate forum so they can be more effectively ignored.

Just kidding, I much like this change :P

Actually as we continue to beef up the team, we hope to get some dedicated suggestions mods to help facilitate those discussions (but there doesn't seem to be many volunteers out there!)

But if you'd like to apply for Suggestions, check out: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=95690&start=0

Okay, but isn't that just moving topics? I'm talking about the actual implementation of suggs that I think are good but didn't get much attention... :?

You may have misread. Those posting here will just be temporary helpers moving topics. However, we still are accepting Open Team CC Applications for depts---which Suggestions currentl is.
