I can confirm that freemiums can join speeders that are not classic. It happened to me twice yesterday

They can currently join them, but not start them. Should be 'fixed' soon.

whats the plan to keep disgruntled old timers around,lots for new recruits,not much for us older players who have hung around thru the changes (use that term lightly)

I semi-agree with these ideas, after 10 games, you are just getting comfortable with CC, and if a warning is mentioned about ads, but not shown, it may cause people to leave because they don't want ads, and they don't know how bad they will really be. Maybe for NRs there should be a advertisement for CC in that spot until they have finished the games, then it is not as much of a stun to place the ads on. Just brainstorming...

ABSOLUTELY it should be an ad to buy premium on CC. Then after the 10 games it switches to non-cc ads. After 10 games I wouldn't use contextual ads, but rather non-contextual ads. The contextual ad for your competitions world domination gaming website seems like a horrible business idea of an ad to run on cc. For those 10 days your CC ads should be something like this: http://hypervocal.com/news/2011/behind- ... stripping/ telling the user that they are going to stop being good CC ads but will instead of yucky 3rd party ads.

On that same note, you know how you have insignia by your name to represent your rank? How about a 2nd one to represent your medal collection? A single symbol to represent them all.

medals are whack ! just like ratings are whack ! ppl put too much stock into the rating system, it gets people into way too much trouble on this heavily policed site !

go make your own suggestions in the suggestion forum then. I know that lots of premium members are very happy about this update.
You're not happy that people don't do anything for you but it seems like you don't even know what new stuff you're expecting.

how am I the one trolling? People that are not happy about something in this thread are speaking up what they would rather see. Creating new medals with a new medal cap is definitely a good idea to keep hooked up more experienced players. You are saying nothing is done for more experienced players. I never see you post in the suggestions forum nor I understand what you aren't happy about. who is the one trolling really?
