Is it possible to get rid of the tiny bit(s) of white on Prom fire?
If its intended that way...ok, but to me it looks like a bad edit job whether intended or not.
I think it'd look more polished if that was corrected.

I see what you mean. Never noticed it before but I can see how that would become annoying (to me that I see it). Will get it removed with the graphic polish.

I see what you mean. Never noticed it before but I can see how that would become annoying (to me that I see it). Will get it removed with the graphic polish.


Also, is there a way to make the swords look "crisper"? Everything else looks bright and clean, while the swords look faded.
Again, you don't have to make all the changes obviously, just giving more feedback.

looking excellent. the only thing i'd do is to move the corner dead warrior bonuses one square toward the middle slave entrances. this is because the corner entrances already have the big advantage of being remote from attack, so they should not also have the additional advantage of being closer to the nearest dead warrior bonus. otherwise, i regard it as good for the gameplay stamp in all respects. alternatively, if u don't want to move the dead warriors, then have each of the four corner foods start as n2.

i'm not sure that it's possible to arrange for only the 4 corner entrances and nothing else to be occupied for 4-player games. if the corners are the 4 start positions with a maximum of 1 position each, then the other 4 entrances are shared equally among the players (though there's nothing wrong with that).

Will go with the neutral 2 on the food then if that is OK.

It is not. I realised that a while ago but forgot to update the GP in the OP. But you are right, the centre 4 are the starting positions with a max of 1. This should only give one extra randomly within the centre 4 in all game sizes. Again, this should add some difference to the strategy.

For Traps, is the -1 on that region? Or does it reduce your every turn reinforcements?

I think what you currently have needs to be changed to that. Having Prometheus fire and Prometheus in the same sentence is a little confusing.

Why not both? The big R starts a sentence and the little r is on the middle of one. Seems that we might have the English grammer police after us if we do that.

Slaves Entrance (should be Slave Entrances, since it's used in the singular in the description of the conditional border)
Medusa's Gaze (apostrophe needs to be added)
Dead Warriors

Both words are capitalized in these instances because they are proper nouns. Shouldn't Ring of Fire be the same way? And while you're at it, might as well change Siren call to Siren's Call.

These are simple changes for you to make real quick.

Nole, what did I miss with the game play wording?

Glow versus icons.
Top image has the glows for the killer neutrals (Medusa) and the target squares for the spears.
The bottom has some icons for the same ones.

Which one is better? Glow or icons.

Thats not white, it is a slight grey which is why I missed it. Will fix now.

Hmm...I can't really tell what the icons are meant to represent. I mean, I know because I know the map, but if I was looking at it for the first time I wouldn't really have a clue.

But if the icon was in the legend so you would have a reference to it, I just do not want to get further down the line and have someone ask for the icons over the glows. cairnswk is famous for icons after Stalingrad and flapcake put them on trench warfair. I just do not want to over look any possibility if you know what I mean.
