hehe. Amazing.

I always wonder how names such as those come about. I grew up in a town called 'Farum', which originated when the the first German settlers.... well, settled. South of the town there's a lake, and explaining the directions to their brethren they would go "Fahr Uhm [the lake]", that is - go around the lake.

See how that makes sense? Now try to make the same sense of Dingle Bingle Hill and Farfrompoopen Road :-s
I can't help but smile no matter where that thought takes me :D
