I feel that 48 Territories is the ideal number to aim for, so that only 5 player games end up with a neutral.

How about 60 countries? With 60, you will never have neutral countries.

60 armies will need a big map. the world only has 42 (We need a bigger world)

We need a map of the world, with the moon off on the side. But you can only get to the moon through the USA. :lol:
