assuming this is true, then you're the worst player i've ever seen. if you're such a god sent gift to town then why in the world would you do everything in your power to alienate everybody? why would you piss people off and cause everybody to lynch you? i think it would have been easier to keep quiet, lay low, be nice, basically avoid getting lynched and use your role to help town. that's what any decent player would have done.

even if at the end it turns out you were some sort of town aligned power role that would have been useful to town i'm sure nobody, not even other town aligned players, would regret lynching you because you basically brought this on yourself.

Hey stupid, perhaps you will learn something from this. No role is better dead then it is alive if it's town. However, seeing as you are feeble-witted child you will learn nothing. If you had claimed 10 pages ago you still would be alive and your role still would have been helping the town. Notice I say role, not you. Common troll tactic. The creeps over at MS pulled the same idiotic stuff. If I'm Mafia, you act like you actually figured that out, when you just voted me me to harass me. If I'm not, then you say I'm a bad player.

Before night falls, I'll just try to get one quick post in. Maybe it will lead to some decent discussion tomorrow.

Yomiel editing one of his posts was interesting in regards to how everyone reacted. Under most instances where this occurs, players will get off with a slap on the wrist and some shifty looks from everyone else. In this game, we had a few players all but demanding he be modkilled. Despite how annoying yomiel might be, they were essentially asking chap to kill a newbie for a forum mistake. On top of that, chap refused to kill him nor did he replace him when everyone was complaining. Now I've not played many of chap's games, but I know that when I mod I will usually listen to the voices of the players and am willing to adjust the game if no one is having fun. In one of my past games I did end up replacing one player because so many complained.

Now, this is merely some metagaming in regards to the mod, but it is for these reasons that I think that some of the most vocal people against yomiel are the scum we are looking for. Modkilling him would have benefited the scum because they would have gotten two quick, haphazard kills in one day. And if I was the mod, and it was mostly scum demanding I take action, I would be more reluctant to modkill or replace for fear that I would be acting in a biased manner.

Besides mod speculation, taking an antagonistic stance toward yomiel would earn those players the trust of the town (or at the very least the sympathy). Anyone siding with him would instantly be singled out. Rather than flying under the radar, a loud and harsh approach to this situation could be viewed as beneficial in the long run.

This is in no way a solid case, and I can point a few holes myself, but its what I'm working off of currently. I've got my eye on vodean, jak, and jgordon (now edocsil) tomorrow.

I didn't care enough to look this up, but nice find Edoc. I know Squirrel doesn't agree with us but this is a load of bs we're dealing with. He's been banned for the SAME way he's treating everyone here.
