Ok I looked and both ELON and the NL votes are at 5 (was at 7 however me and doom left to vote elon) so either we've got scum BW'ing hoping that he gets nailed by the lynch chances, or he needs to claim soon. The funny thing is that i've been off and on this entire time and elon's been on quite a bit, but hasn't posted anything. I'm not exactly sure what to think of it right now.

and i was voting NL so it's 6-4 for elon. what do you think of my theory? town is 100% human. i think that today is the only moment when we can speak as true humans as we might become insane or we might become cult tonight.

I had thought of that as well. . . I was going to bring it up tomorrow honestly. It could be possible from Rodions first post where he says that in Call of Cthulu (hope i spelled that right) you had run of the mill humans where you either died/ went insane. As for the other part / mentions in the intro post that people will transform into new psychotic roles from witnessing the wrong events. I was thinking that maybe, (I'm not sure if he threw the Necromicon in i'm assuming also from intro post) town starts as Human and then goes psycho so to say.

Betiko, I disagree with your idea. I am a normal human, there may be non-normal humans that are town, but I think it's too early to start making the next level of assumption.

I am sure there are possibly other town roles that know the existence of the cult also, but elon has had plenty of time to admit that he was lying beforehand (before I formalized this case). He has not only denied that he is human, but also that he has any knowledge of the cult.

So, his fakeclaim range is fairly limited. Luckily, we aren't going up against someone with a wealth of knowledge on Lovecraft, which narrows the pool further.

I think doom is onto something in all honesty. Going back, It was a very strange way of putting it. It didnt alarm me fully, but it did kind of make me think why he had to mention his gut so much, etc.

Even though I find Doom to be completely insane as of lately, he has made a few good points. It might also help us figure out what Doom himself is up to. I was reading earlier and Elon didn't post so I decided to leave myself to where I was at, now, circumstances have changed.

He needs to claim if he wishes to have a chance to live at this point.

His post seems to be a desperate attempt to stall into the next day, town would claim.

Betiko raises an interesting point about sanity. Could this be the last day for humans to speak freely? I highly doubt it. First in the original RP game Sanity was given varying levels. Your sanity is used like hitpoints in that as the game wears on your ability to function is determined by your sanity level. Its a kin to being "a little crazy" to stark raving mad. I am very interested to see how this will be handled by /. I do not believe it will be sane vs insane this game.

ok, I see things the same way as ng1 and spiesr, that's good enought for a day 1. What tickles me the most is that he says he is not a vt/human, and to tell the truth I don't really see what other roles could be town and not human. The principle of the human role is that we are going to screw ourselves being too curious at night, or get recruited. I don't believe someone could be town and not a human. Day 1 we all have our sanity and I should've thought of this before.
