This is the third game they've ever played together (neither of them won in either of the other two). It seems that they left each other alone, but don't really seem to be next to each other. It's a tough sell, but I am not looking back through the log because I'm not a mod, and don't know what to watch for. Anyway, thought I'd fix your form.

Based on what I see, I don't see any evidence that would support the claim. cico has been consistently breaking ilove's bonus except for the last couple turns. I've looked in other games, and red (iloveyoi) has used the same basic tactic in most of them. Since it is No Spoils, he will sit and just deploy on his own territory over and over until he think's he is strong enough to make a move.

That is what it looks like is happening here. Red it just deploying troops until he think he has the chance to get/hold his bonus. I don't see any foul play considering how many times green broke his bonus. So I am going to Clear them for Secret Diplomacy, as well as being Multi's.
