I was complaining about this guys' play and he said he took over soemone elses account. He isn't just sitting, he was in a speed game.

I thought it was illegal to share accounts? If not then don't worry about it.

After taking a look there is enough questionable account activity for me to suspend the account of AndrewDang923 until he gets in touch with admin.

Looks like he is cleared?

Yes he just contacted admin and they have reactivated his account.
