I've played with Great-Ollie and I can vouch that for what I knew of him he seemed a very nice guy. That being said, I don't know how much his reputation should enter into the ruling?
If the two live together and GO no longer has premium(no speeders) and his brother does, it might be very tempting to log on and play a few games to relax. Stranger things have happened on CC. Again, I don't think this is actually the case but from someone who didn't know him at all this all would look extremely suspicious, especially if the IPs turn out matching. If this were someone with a worse reputation no one would have a problem with an investigation and I don't think that's entirely fair.

I just had an idea: Why doesn't everyone in The Pack chip in and buy GO premium?
That way if he did want to play he could and there would be no reason to share and no arousing of suspicions. Problem solv-ed.

If I am wrong, I am wrong. But this is clearly not a "splurgous" report... I HAVE added new evidence... Have shown the absolute absence of ollie since the previous report, and Waterman going from playing one type of game on occasion to playing EXACTLY what ollie played and with the same frequency. Some posted that waterman does not play at the same times that ollie used to. This is not true. Ollie and i tend to play at the same time. Hence we have 263 games together. Waterman and i have already played 22 games in the short amount of time that he has been here. And he's clearly there during the time i'm on. On account of i noticed this...

Dear CC. I have played 20000 games here and have achieved as much as i care to with this account. Recently my brother has moved in with me and i am going to teach him how to play. It will be the EXACT same IP address and i plan on buying him premium while allowing my premium to lapse. Also i am going to completely stop playing all together. I know this sounds crazy because i play more games per week than any player on this site, but it's the god's honest truth. Also... my brother will now take my place as "guy who plays more games a week than anybody on the site". I KNOW that under normal circumstances this would obviously look like i had run out of fun things to do with my account and just wanted to achieve things with a new account, but since i told you he's my brother then this shouldn't in any way look shady. Alrighty have a great day!

and in my original post i stated that this MAY have even started out as a separate account... but no way it still is... honestly i think ollie was trying to make it look like a certain thing until they were CLEARED... and now that he thinks he's out of the woods he has completely stopped trying to continue the charade.

It is very strange...
There is one theory that is common in online gaming sites. People create a new account because they are tired/burnt out from all the associations they have with their current account (clan responsibilities, social responsibilities, etc.). This scenario would be the perfect "out" because he has a pretty solid alibi(his brother) that explains the IP and the same game habits, etc. and so can still play the games he likes. If he were going to start a random multi without a story people would notice the similarity and he would be busted in a heartbeat. This backstory provides reasonable doubt. I am totally just playing the devil's advocate here.
Again, I didn't get the impression that GO would do something like this but it's certainly not out of the realm of possibility.

Not as easily as you would think when you're running several games with a 1 minute timer, and most of the action takes place in a fairly frenetic 10 second clickgasm. I agree with with codie and swimmer, the playstyles are quite different.
