Possible Multi

This guy joined my game which I do not have a problem with, but he is playing pretty good for a player with only 2 finished games. If he is legit I have no problems playing him and possibly losing. Please check if hes a multi. Thanks

Edit: Actually checking 1 of his 2 finished games. I seen this chat in game Game 12225120. He states that it has been 2 years since he played, guessing that means he had another acct before and now came back under a new name, not sure if that is allowed or not.

I have a suspicion that his old account may be "nexsor". Juux joined one of my games, immediately followed by Juux joining another. Then both logged out within seconds of each other and moments later came back. I looked at nexsor's game history and see that he had not played a game since 2011 but just started back and joined a couple (12221040 and 12225336). What I find especially odd is that nexsor just happened to start playing again on the same day Juux account was created.

Not allowed. Should be pretty cut and dry, but I'd recommend holding off taking turns in your game with him until the very the very last minutes of your turn.
