Sounds like he was just being facetious. They've only played 3 games together far apart in time so they likely don't know each other personally.

Edit: Also going through some of your recent World 2.1 games, this is certainly not the first time you've complained about getting teamed up on, and you typically are aggressive about it.

Is there more than just that one line that he said? Yellow is not even the one who has more troops and regions between these two. Blue also has 20 on Sakha which he can use to attack Alaska but doesn't look like he will for now. On Hawaii too. Shouldn't you also accuse blue?

I can only note this on mmaraghi's record for now.
