here is a map of the metromover routes for u to see whether this part of the plan is viable. parts of the inner loop and omni loop seem most relevant for our purposes.

Yes I was going to use some of the LightRail and MetroMover stations to help get around Miami a little, and have the stations at the intersections of the roads. So it would be more Rl, get off the LRT, and travel down a road to your next destination.

some of the streets are very long. will they be divided into coloured street sections, so that a building can attack any building (or station) that's touching the same street section, a bit like the relationship between regions and river sections in bamboo jack?

Hmmm, I can do this as it would make it a little easier to figure out.

A quick update here. Added in some other POI's.

Working on how to utilize the bus/rail stations and how to make them work without cluttering up the map. Right now I am thinking of making the stations the same color as the POI's in a specific area. For example, Station A - being purple - can only attack a purple POI on the same street and vise versa. The stations would have to be a decaying region due to a fare being paid. In this way you can only visit (attack) POI's by using the bus or rail stations. I'll work at getting an example on the map soon.

I don't understand the gameplay on this at all.

Gameplay will become clearer as I get the attack routes on and into the legend.

A quick update:
- Rearranged the title and Miami Beach
- Did an inset for the Bayside Marketplace area
- Added in the Miami Beach Bus route

To Do:
- Add in Miami's Metro Rail but to be named LRT (Light Rail Transit)
- Add in rail and bus stops
- Add in gameplay instructions
- Add more POI's (Point of Interests)

I still can't really comment until I know how the regions connect and what the bonuses are.

[Moved]

It would appear that development of this map has stalled. The map is moved to the Recycling Box and put into Vacation status for the next 6 months. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the Cartographer Assistants will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made. ;-)

The six months of vacation has expired, for this reason this topic is now labeled as [Abandoned]. An action, as stated in our Abandoned map policy has been taken. If the original mapmaker wants to continue this map project it's fine but a real update must provided. From this moment anyone else is free to continue this project without the original mapmaker permission, but it has to be started from the scratch.
