Well with all the borders it could be interesting, it doesn't really have to be made for it's easy to hold the continants.

I'd have to agree that probably 5 continents for a smaller map would seem like a more correct route to go. It could be 'interesting', it could also turn out to be a map that lacks decent playability, which would be a shame for such a finely crafted map. We want everything to reflect your hard work, both the visuals and the play.

Marv, I appreciate your feedback, but I don't agree. Not all continents need to be holdable.

I'm going to submit is at is, and we'll see how it plays. Realistically you can theorise all you want about a map, but until you play it there's no reall telling if it'll be good.

Huh?!?! And mainly the small continents, by the way... no need for small and holdable continents, since its a strategy never used I sincerely believe this is a great error, and it can kill your map. But its your choice, so if you really want, you can test it.

I'd suggest knocking the West down to 2... it just seems a lot easier to hold than the rest.

It's true that it's hard to tell until you play it. People used to print out up and coming maps and play them. The Canada map got that treatment I think, and possibly a few others. I think it'd be a good idea if it was done more often.

You know, just because I disagree with you, doesn't mean I'm wrong. I listened to your opinion and considered it, so there's no need for smart comments.
It's very easy to critique something, it's another thing entirely to create it.

qeee1 - I think you're right about the west all right. I'm going to change that before I submit it. Now all the XML fun begins.

I never said you were wrong because you disagreed with me. Lots have and to his and her their own. The comment, if anything, was a statement of fact. It is another map we will be play testing, along with a few others, since some maps look wonderful and playable, but they turn out not to be, and vice versa. Many examples exist of both. Taking offense, when none was even there, was rather brash.
