Nice map :) Played it for the first time (and with success :P), great gameplay and nice looks!

Just one thing. I was going for a big run with a lot of armies and I went from Puerto Tranquillo to Gringo and advanced... Because I was hasty, I didn't notice the fold in the parchment was NOT the collection line I thought it was.
This is mostly my fault, but if other people notice the same thing, it might prove useful to move the fold north-east or south-west a bit. IF that is possible, of course!

But once again, great map!

I thought I'd give you a heads up...

Lack has installed a new more efficient XML that I crafted...

The XML is significantly smaller now - there are approximately 25% of the continents there were before.

Hope this helps with the games being a bit smaller - especially in BOB.

Please let me know if I've cocked any bonuses up too!!!

I expect this is a BOB issue, that the continents list shows bonuses with 0 value (whereas these are hidden from the game log itself)...

in this map do territories have to connect to get transport bonus? IE someone held the shell bonus but one of the shells was blocked in by a neutral. they held rompas and pompas was a n3...but still got the bonus for transporting shells. I was under the impression territories had to connect. perhaps I just read the legend wrong

you read it wrong

there needs to be a port connection with a port on another island to get the additional bonus from holding a factory over there but you do not need a chained link of your territories

So all you need to do is a hold a pair. then you need a port that goes to another port...and if that other port has a market on the same island then its a bonus? Shouldn't there have to be a direct transport link so confusing

In reference to Game 8724864

And he is getting transport to huertas market which is surrounded by neutrals as well

Think of it slightly differently... The trading is done by the merchants, but they can only trade in locations which have been secured by the military...

forget the neutrals, forget anything held by other players

hold a port on each island and you connect your resourses with the market on the other

You need a minimum number of games played before all maps become available.
Not sure if that changes now that you have premium though
But map limitations are put on new users to protect them from maps and settings they may not understand
