Subs, do they start neutral? because in my view, the minus 4 for keep the subs and the fleet is sad position to be in, and if you got the wrong sub from the start, you stand on it to last the troop is buried, with out no chance of ever getting the entire bonus for the fleet. it would be a tedious position yes and you are probably right in that it is 1 to 10000000, but it would be preferable to avoid enemy sub and go after the entire fleet bonus, that's why I thought as a kind of consolation bonus with both subs
