yep all toys should start as neutrals but sully was drunk when he first made the xml and forgot to make foxy neutral.
the second time he did the xml he swore he didn't touch alcohol but i think he was high so foxy still wasn't fixed.
he did it a third time and the file was sent to lack to be uploaded. as soon as that's done we'll see what happens. :lol:

Sully... You can't trust him one bit. He's lucky I just won that game, otherwise who knows what I would have done.

either sully messed up the xml for the third time or the turtle hasn't uploaded the files even though it's been 2 weeks since tnb sent them. :?

I just did a quick look over of the XML, and Foxy is correct:

Victory Conditions / Map Objectives

Some maps have 'victory' objectives, which you must conquer and hold for one round to win the game. Is there a reason Octi's region is only +4, while Quacky's is +5? They both border 4 other regions, and Octi has 9 territories to Quacky's 8 (which appears to balance out the 4 in Quacky's that border something else, to Octi's 3).

quacky's patch has 8 terits 4 borders 7 terits that can attack those borders
octi has 9 terits 3 borders and 4 terits that can attack those borders


so quacky has more borders and can be attacked from more places while octi has less borders and can be attacked from less places.
