The city map that shows through the bonus colours looks really blurry and pixelated.

The road impassables also need work, they look uneven and pixelly.

When are you going to make a version that has the army circles (if you are going to have army circles)? so that way i know where to put the coordinates for the troop thing.

I think you should reduce the saturation of the city background. The colours showing through are a bit distracting.

Army circles/squares or not ? thats the question ! (numbers dont got ther final space yet, ther can be some pushing around to get every thing to fit)

Opacity on the bonus colored area are reduced, but there must be a balance between the background city road map and the colour overlay, its the hole basic idea for the map.

I think the borderlines, colours and the names shows clearly where what belongs

Sigths are added this time ;)

I didn't mean the opacity... I meant to decrease the saturation of the city background, so that the colours of the city background won't be as strong. Saturation means the "strength" of a colour, ie. a bright red has high saturation, while grey has zero saturation.

Mainly, it's the yellow roads that look kind of distracting, if they were a less saturated yellow that could help.

Also, why does only the green area have army boxes?

I don't think either are necessary.

cool, I decided to try out a more neutral way to put in the troop boxes, they wont be so outstanding but more toned down, but still its so people with poor vision can catch where troop are placed, I hope I can post it later to day.

Background citymap got satureted, have more neutral colours now. Armyboxes are toned dowm so they dont dominate the map, its only to show where the troops are  (like you dont know) well for people with bad eye vision ofcourse.

Note that 3-digit numbers are centered differently than 1 and 2-digit numbers. If you center the numbers so that 3-digit numbers fit in those circles, the 2-digit numbers will be rendered to the side of the box...

How about, don't use boxes?

if you just want to centre armies use a box 20px x 20px and then later remove the boxes. this is sufficient for 88s only centering.
suggestion

Why are the bridges white? Best to just color them and put a border in the middle.

Do you even need a bridge between Vester Port and Fredriksburg?

Yeah... in the middle for sure. And a couple territories now have NO border all the bridges in Christiantown and the 2 bridges coming from the Citadel. The borders and outlines are looking a tad pixelly too.
