why hasn't the hua phan / dien bein phu border been fixed?

WM This make is awesome, TBH I didn't notice the maps were updated onto the site till just now.

What is the border situation with Dien Bein Phu and Hua Phan? They very clearly border each other on the map but do not in the XML.
This either needs to be fixed in the XML or on the map.

someone else can host it if they want. Also, I wasn't sure if it's supposed to be Dien Bien Phu (as it is in the XML) or Dien Bein Phu as it is on the map. So, I just put it the same way as it was in the rest of the XML.

Dien Bien Phu in the XML is correct.

I accidentally transposed the letters. I will look over edbeards XML (I am sure it is OK). I believe all that was needed was to add the border to each of the above territories.

I will post new Large an Small pics tomorrow.

Here is the fix:
1)Dien Bein Phu on the map has been fixed. It is now back to the proper Dien Bien Phu.

2)The XML borders between Dien Bien Phu and Hua Phan have been added as well

Shouldn't all revamped maps have the 'v2' after their names? Why only indochina?
