I think you missed the ð's.

RJBeals: Vestmannaeyjar is actually several islands, but it looks like they've sort of merged on the map. Doesn't really matter, just thought I'd point it out so you know.

I know viking.
I used this map as a reference:

which does show the group, but it keeps it balanced as just 1 territ.

On cursory inspection - the XML looks pretty good...

You'll probably need something like this...

Instead of your first line... just to ensure the encoding of the special characters is brought through correctly.
