Well, West Coast's bonus may be slightly disproportionate, but it is hard to take unless you get a good drop on it, as it has lots of territories. Also it has disadvantages as well, there are no easy ways to expand out from it.

Granted, 4 might be a more fitting bonus for it, but 5 is not that much larger that it would imbalance the game.

And So now sudan has split. Now the map is REALLY outdated! lol
