They are going in, I'm doing research on Mormon flags. Unfortunately, so far none are in public domain. I might have to create my own.

That would be because the Mormons don't have a flag.
If you want a symbol indicative of the Mormon culture I would suggest the beehive, the Salt Lake City temple, or the angel Moroni (found at the top of each Mormon temple).
danfrank wrote:.. Nice MAP.. I wouldn`t even call it a draft.. It would be nice to see one of the foundry members chime in to move it to the next stage. Just by briefly scanning i see only a few changes that may have to be made. Like the 2 the way at newmexico arizona colorado and the other state. plus there another one just further north . Its your story and your thoughts i wouldn`t let the political morons steer you different... GREAT JOB

There needs to be wayyyyy more impassibles, that are randomly scattered out. If a territory is surrounded by eight others... Is it worth capturing?
The map looks very messy... Now I don't know how the hell you will clean this up, whether it be less territs, or a complete redesign, I don't care, but nobodybwouldbplay such a busy map.
That's all I have for this version. Can't wait for the update
Thank you. As I read all the comments, I took a hard look at it and decided to completely redesign it, while still having the same basic bonuses. I will be deleting some territ's, while expanding a couple of bonuses. There will also be a few more impassables using the natural landscape of the land, like for instance rivers such as the snake, mississippi, missouri, hudson etc. So please have patience with me as I completely redo it. Hopefully if all goes well, I should have the 2nd draft by Sept 8th.
We'll see you all then
sinctheassasin wrote:The draft room process takes a lot longer than this, my friend... The fastest sticky I've seen was for dawn of ages (approx 1 month) and it isn't even outta here yet. Maps usually take months to get outta this stingy place ( my map took 6 before I gave up)

jennifermarie wrote:I would suggest adding a colored border around each bonus area, and making the lettering at the legend at the bottom have that same color. I really can't read the background text in each area. I can kinda make out the words "Bible Belt" for the south, but the rest of them are nearly impossible because of how stretched they are. I'd say cut the background text out. Cool looking map, and I like that you included the Lincoln quote on the side.
