Specifics/Details:
- The smilie would have 3 eyes and be wearing headphones
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- We could use it to indicate the post was made while scattered

Actually adding smilies is a bit of a PITA in phpBB3. It's still easier than coding them in by hand, but it does take more than a few seconds each.

I have buddies over at phpBB... one of them actually got off his ass (not literally) signed up for CC and confirmed my last serious suggestion on avatars on wall posts. He says he could do it in seconds... maybe a normal computer user, 30 seconds per smiley max.

If your buddy can code updates in seconds, why don't we have all of these new features you're requesting.

He doesn't work for CC.. and he sure as hell isn't gonna do free coding to make someone else money when hes making nothing doing it... he works for them not for CC. And I only requested 1 thing seriously and that was the avatars on wall posts, took a year to get implemented but hey its a start. I think more smileys would be fun but obviously not needed.
