there are 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes speed games. was there anytime idea to have 12 hours games? or less?

Idk, Make it a selection along with 24 hrs.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

Make games faster BECAUSE I AM SO STINKIN TIRED OF HAVING TO WAIT FOR PEOPLE TO TAKE THEIR TURN.

This suggestion has been rejected in the past. If you are tired of waiting for other players to take their turns you must Upgrade to Premium Membership so that you can either play speed games or play so many games at once that you always have turns to take.

for somebody are 24 hours too much, but 5 (or less) minutes too little. so something between?

Isn't the whole point of the turn time limits that the really short ones are for people who are all sitting at their PC playing at the same time, and the 24 hours turns give people enough time to go away, have a life and then check their CC in the evening?

I'd be a bit annoyed if my opponent took their turn at 1am my time, and then I woke up, went to work and had my turn timeout on me before I got home.

But what if there is an exodus of players from 24 to 12 it would be like when the colonies all deserted the Empire.

(i.e. I'd still be incredible and awesome, but no one would want to play any more

)
