What is the hardest challenge of being the head clan director?

How involved are you in the running of AoD? I would assume it would be difficult with your mod position to find the time.

Which one clan leader would you most like to... have a drink with? Play on a team with? Remove from leadership?

1. You want to be in a CLAN. What are your hopes concerning this suggestion: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=132777 (Usergroup Leader Powers) and their effects on Clans and their organizations?

Do you forsee any potential problems concerning the possibility of giving a good amount of power to Clan Leaders?

Would these outweigh the obvious advantages?
