I've re-read the rules and it has to be a random draw at this point.

The game in question is Game 11530935. General Brock II cannot be included in the draw because he is already in it. Agent 86 cannot be included in the draw because he is already playing 5 games. So, I will now go to random.org and roll an electronic D10. If I get a 1 or a 7, I will re-roll it.

Rocky 2 is a nice analogy!! It always seems to be this way when we face TNC!! Just had a skim and it is definately gonna be damn close!!

We do not buckle because we have no nerves.... just reaction to war games. We have been in so many wars, that it's just automatic for us now... we are drones who only kill, kill, kill.
