Oh, Canada.... Game 12549840 Our opponents actually got the eastern-most bonus (Maritimes) in the early showdown, but then we broke it and they didn't seem to want it anymore.

Atlantis takes the world! Game 12555828 You realize we usually get a +1 bonus on dice rolls in games where the Atlantic Ocean is showing. It's just science-fact.

could it be that we're getting the benefit of that horrid Hurricane Sandy, which ravaged the east coast of the US and Canada? perhaps, out of fear, no one wants the east coast anymore?

has anyone given any thought to what actually caused Atlantis to rise again? the timing
of our appearance so shortly after the "Atlantic Storm of the Century", Sandy, could be
more than a bit coincidental...eh?

Doesn't matter as much now, but, amazingly we are winning this one: Game 12549856
We had a good strategy from the beginning to take the eastern bonus in Berlin. Our opponents broke it with surprising ease, but we managed to to work our way back now. Good opponents, though.

The most disconcerting thing with the war is some scary guy who posted weird pictures on page 5 of this thread ... but he has just finished 10,000 games and then some, so I dare not say anything....
