The 12 Hour FOW rule is in place. The team that goes first in all fog games must hold their attack for 12 hours or until a member of the opposing team announces that they have taken their snapshot. Should that team accidentally break this agreement, then they will give all relevant information to their opponents in the game chat. If all information is provided accurately after the accidental breaking of the agreement, absolutely no consequences shall result of the turn being taken early.
The 12-hr FOG agreement can be ignored if the enemy will not be losing a territory (as often happens on conquer-style maps) and is still able to see the map as it was on the original setup.

each clan will create 5 quads and 2 trips
02JUN2013
each clan will create 2 quads and 5 trips, tffs will create the tie-breaker
09JUN2013
each clan will create 6 dubs
