[CC4] TSM vs. Myth (40-21) - Final 11/22

Postby Nate the Great on Sat Jul 06, 2013 7:33 pm

Hello all and welcome to CC4!

The round of 16 includes The Spanking Monkeys (TSM) taking on Mythology (Myth).

Each set will consist of 10 games from each clan, with a roughly equal split of dubs/trips/quads between the sets.
TSM will make the neutral game in the first set.

Clan wars in the round of 16 and the quarter finals of the Conqueror's Cup will use the following format:

- 61 total games
- 20 doubles
- 20 triples
- 20 quads
- Each clan member can only participate in 20 games per clan war
- The 61st game will be Trips on Classic, sunny, chained, no spoils

Any players can play in the tie-breaker games in the semi finals and finals even if they have already played in their allotted number of games for that clan war, however, no player can play in more than 2 of the games. Maps cannot be reused in the tie breaker games.

Settings:

-Trench is permitted to a maximum of 20% of home games, but individual wars can negotiate a higher figure if they wish
-30 Rounds For Trench games
-12 hour Fog of War Rule - WILL BE USED
- Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (i.e. once for triples and once for quads)
-Nukes and Unlimited forts are allowed with no restrictions.
-There will be no freestyle, speed, manual deployments & beta map games allowed
- Each clan will pick the map and settings for exactly half of the games. Excluding the tiebreaker

Any questions about the settings can refer to the CC4 main thread

We have a lot of monkis coming and going over the summer, so it's probably a no but I'll see if qwert's suggestion is any good for our guys.

//Edit: actually I don't think it'll work looking at our vacation dates.
///Edit 2:
woopintroysbutt will be primary contact and peanutsdad will be the secondary. - Nate will update first post.

Good luck and have fun!

coming and go?? Man you have how much tournaments?? We are involve in CL5 and CC4, so your clan have more free players.
Its better to start in two sets, so that games be finished faster, and then player will be faster free for summer in august.
(except if you win, then no summer for TSM)

When i look dates> first set 10 july and last set 18 august? So its look that we will be involve in this chalenge for abouth 2-3 month, or even more consider that first round we play 2 month with TLW.
And this its to long for just one round .

We can play things in either 2 or 3 Rounds. In the long run, it doesn't make much difference.

The plan is to bore qwert to death. We will stretch it out so long, with so many sets and so many weeks between them, that he falls asleep at his computer and doesn't ever wake up.
The first set has been exchanged now. The CDs have been moderately teased for taking so long to give us privileges. The first turns have been played, I believe. The excitement builds....

Round 2 games filling and swapped - a quick look suggests TSM leading 12-1-8 from first set, with completed games at 5-4.
Round 3 has been put back to 25th Aug - thanks woop.

Where is the love, Vamp? After some of us Monkis practically raised you in CC this is how you feel? I was expecting you to sit out any challenge our clans would ever play just out of brotherly love and fond memories!

If we do play, just remember... TSM are the Pittsburgh Penguins of CC. Loaded with talent with an ability to run up the score on any given night! :D
