and new sign ups are coming each moment. almost 30 members, which was set as a goal for start. we are good to go, just waiting for clan privileges, so youll see us in some clan war pretty soon i believe

You don't need clan privs when creating the clan? Just the private forum I think is what you get after registration? When you have your first war confirmed with the thread and everything, then you ask for Privies?

these 5 conditions written above are usual requirement of some elite clans, however, Otpisani have different kind of requirements for joining the clan.
