Hi, I'm one of the members of the clan. Feel free to invite me along to a few team games on some maps you know, and I'll see what you're made of.
We also have a training group you may be interested in joining which would certainly help you improve your team games if you don't get in automatically which doesn't happen all too often.

As user said, we are happy to try you out for the academy if you wish but whilst you have a lot of games under your belt, team games don't seem to be your speciality.
