The practise of sending out this automatic notice only began a few days ago. So, those who have more than three complete tourneys will get the notice for the first time on their next completion.

I would like to be considered to join this organization. I have now completed my 9th Tournament.

For all those interested in joining: I do keep an eye on this thread and will gather your names once a week.
