Well, it looks like we have all the members we need. I'm going to type up a few threads in preparation for the start of the usergroup, and you will all receive a PM before the group starts.

That's why I said when you hit 21. You can't be a shrimp all your life. It's hard to tell where you are, but I'm thinking a little push and you'd be shredded.

I aint hatin, if you want a 6 pack, be prepared for alot of work not so much a ton at one time, but more like a constant battering over an extended period of time

that will come, I just started working out again after a month an a half break cause of surgery.. I will get there

Flexing dosent count, if I flex I look skinny and ripped after eating like 2 (estimate because they where sliceses) 6inches and 6 brownie bites

I ran my second half marathon of the year last Saturday. I ran it on 1.51.15. Pretty good considering I had to take a long crap on the toilet midway through the race :lol:

. The first 6 miles I had a tempo of 1.40.20 and my goal before the race was to do at least better than 1.50.00, but because of the toilet visit I didn't succeed. I've only been running seriously for about 2 years so I'm pretty satisfied with myself though. Now Stockholm Marathon is next on my to do list. I think I'll be ready to run a marathon next summer. Well I better be because I've paid for a spot in the marathon lol. I effortlessly ran 9 miles just 4 days after the half marathon so my cardio is pretty good right now.

Nice work mate, sorry I haven't got this going yet guys. Just got back to uni so life is pretty hectic right now. I'm off tomorrow (Friday), so might get it done then.

My scale gave me a fat percentage of 8.3 yesterday. The lowest I've been is 7.2, but then again I've never been overweight I think the highest fat percentage I've ever had was something around 12%.
