Welcome to the Monthly Challenge Medal Competition
What you Have to Do:
1. Play: Madagascar, 6 Player Terminator (No 20, 30 or 50 round limit games); any other settings you want
2. Post Game Numbers in Thread, indicating your willingness to play.
3. Calculate Score: 1 point for Started game, 1 point for Finished Game, 1 point for each kill
4. Calculate the Score of the Player below you (to verify they did it)
5. If the score is more than 18 points, Collect the New, SuperExclusive Monthly Challenge Medal


This is unofficial. No CC medal.

FAQ: Can we play as doubles?
Depends on the challenge. Not in the current.

Who gets the points?
If you play in a game, you get points for start and finish. You get 2 points for every game and a third if you win.

Why do we have to check the score of the player below us?
That way I don't have to verify everyone's scores, as that would take a lot of checking.

If you start some games up, post the games here, I will update this OP to include games in waiting.

The City Assassin Challenge
All games are No Spoils 6P assassin games w/trench.
The games must be played on a city map (real or fictional, so mogul and woodboro both count) but you can't play the same map twice! Which means if you fail, you have to go to the next city map. All you need to do is win 2 games by assassination or by victory condition (round limit won't work).

Warring Periods Challenge
This will be an extremely easy challenge - all you have to do is play games on Japan that are Escalating. 1 point for start, 1 for finish, 1 for each player you beat. However, TWENTY SEVEN POINTS are required. 20-Round Limit Not accepted.

I changed the title and made that more prominent. I do want people to sign up and play, but I don't want to mislead to that end.

I love the idea, but I think it's a bit too ambitious to think a new medal type would be created for the moment for it. I am sure that if you ask mods for GA give aways, they will agree on that. maybe later in time there could be a special challenge medal, but I think for march/april you should ask mods to validate the GA giveaway in this thread and I'm sure we'd be a lot to sign in. The problem is that the callout section isn't the most popular, would be great if they let you have a link on the top of the page just like for special events.

Is it okay if I make all my games doubles (2vs2), triples or quads, with the required different settings. Will it be acceptable?

Game 12432607 Assassin

it must be me, but i really dont get some of the requirements. like in the second post, does that mean i have had to gathered 16 points BEFORE i can play that kind of set?

I think it means you have to score 16 points to qualify for the medal.

Exactly. If you get 16 points you win the challenge.

a) Who gets the point for starting the game?
b) Who gets the point for finishing the game?
c) Why do we have to calculate the score of the player below us?

a)everyone who is in the game when it starts
b) everyone who is in the game when it finishes
c) that way many can play, and I don't have to verify everyone's score by myself.

Any game can count, as long as it meets the requirements.

Won Game 12432602 with Awoodness - that's 3 points!
Have been eliminated in Game 12401357, but should still get 2 points for it once it finishes, right?
