And this just happens to be the week that my motherboard is fried and I'm waiting for its replacement to ship here. I've got an idea, I'll just hope I won't be cutting it close for making it exist.

Yeah, I'm going to work on these today. I've been loaded down in other graphical pursuits of late, but I'd hate to miss out on this.

In the end or sometime now, can we have a rough idea of how many people submitted entries?

There has been a good level of interest so far... all will be revealed in due course ;-)

The first round of CA voting will take place behind closed doors, before all of the the submissions are publicised and the second (public) round of voting begins ;-)

The CA vote has been counted and verified, and it is with great pleasure that I can announce the entries to the Foundry Stamp Competition that will now receive the public vote:

Option A wrote:Image
Option B wrote:Image
Option C wrote:Image
Option D wrote:Image

The choice was incredibly difficult, as the field was packed with a variety of ideas and talent. The variety of ideas that seeps from the foundry never ceases to amaze me, and is one of the things that makes Conquer Club great =D>

Thank you to everybody who took part - all of the other competition entries are contained in the spoiler below. The voting has so far been anonymous
(I am the only person who knows who all the entries belong to) - I will leave it to the designers of unsuccessful entries to take credit for their work as they see fit ;-)

Happy Bananas, and Happy Voting!!

If I didn't no any better, I would think that Qwert created the option-A stamps. I vote for C because it is simple, you can quickly determine what stage the map is at, and the graphics are very cool. I almost voted for B, because I really like the idea of it, but the graphics just fell a little short. A was a bit too busy, and D was too large and dark.

Voted C - but wouldn't be adverse to seeing B win.

A: Busy, spacey, futuristic... they're very nice, but a bit too busy for me
B: I like the originality, and they look stunning. The size is good too, they got my vote
C: Simple, yet elegant, second choice for me
D: I like the idea, but somehow there is something that puts me off, cant exactly say what.
