hey big shark... you may have to team up with me for that medal

hi Pirlo, I would be willing to team with you in a game sometime, perhaps after our cup finals.

Thx for the offer.

P.S. what is the verdict on this-new team medals?

I like this suggestion. Would suggest 50 for Bronze, 100 for Silver, and 250 for Gold. If it's felt like it might be too easy to earn then the numbers can all be doubled.
I think a minor issue might be the name of the medal. It would be nice if anyone have suggestions for that.

Does that seem right everyone?

For graphics, it could be something like this (it's about people):

I like that MrBenn

I was coming to the suggestions forum to suggest this exactly. Luckily I'm smart enough to do a search and found this before making a post myself.

Love the idea, has my full support. One of the drawbacks of lots of other medal suggestions is that they encourage farming. This medal does nothing of the sort and would be very fun to try to achieve.

i'd rather say 20-50-200?
having 200 different teammates is a lot.. and I see no reason to get 50 unique teammates for a bronze when you need 20 for any other given bronze and you tend to have more opponents than teammates?
400 teammates seems really too much to me.. :-/

its a cheap medal, any long term player on this site with medals for doubles, triples, and quads games will automatically wind up with this "new" medal

And that's why there are only 30 something gold medals that have been awarded even though they retroactively awarded the medals? Cheap indeed!

+1 30 medals given, out of thousands of players.

This is a great one. Suddenly I find myself playing with players I've never teamed up before with, just to get this medal. It's a great thing for the site. And you have to be skilled to get it, be able to play with a large variety of players (and possibly different maps) not just the small group you are used to playing with on the same map over and over again.

I agree a good medal. Tho I bet there are more than 30 who have "earned" it and gone inactive so hasn't been issued (cuz u need the new win to have t issued).
Be interesting to know how many players qualify and don't have the gold

I did realize that and figured someone would call me on it, but didn't want to detract from my quick post responding to another player. That said, I still think that having to win a game with 400 unique teammates is something quite rare. I would guess that it takes so long that there aren't many inactive players that have done it. I could be wrong though. The medal count has also gone up significantly since my post as qualifying users have won games.

But for comparison purposes, the amount of teammate medals handed still falls between Trench and Random (the most recent medals added) and neither of those was backdated. So, I would not agree that this is a "cheap" medal, which was the comment that I was initially responding to.
