Remove non-active people from scoreboard [done] ;-)

Concise description:

• When viewing the scoreboard you can press a button so you no longer see the people who haven't played a game in over 6 months or something.

Specifics:

• I would like to only see the players on the scoreboard that are active.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Allow you to compare yourself to others better.
