[Rules] Restrict Freestyle for New Recruits

Concise description:
Why is freestyle still even available to new recruits? Nobody coming to this site is looking for it and my guess is a majority of new recruits who join those games have no idea that it's freestyle or what freestyle is. Not to mention that 95% of the farmers use freestyle to do so. How hard would it be to block this game mode along with the harder maps, team games, etc. that are already hidden? I suggest that all freestyle games are hidden from new recruits just like some other settings are.
Specifics:
Hide freestyle as an option from new recruits (less than 5 games completed) just like team games and more complicated maps are.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
This will cut down on a lot of farming because most farmers use freestyle to confuse new recruits. This will also cut down on the amount of new recruits that don't come back due to being demolished and confused by a complicated game mode.

Agreed. It shouldn't be hard for the admin to do, since they already hide numerous other game types to new recruits.

Most are focused on the new Gamy Types right now. I bet once those get submitted, this will get attention

i would suggest adding a poll. Alot of people are shy, or just lack motivation to post.

I agree with edwin, most of the time I don't post because I'm too lazy to bother. A poll sounds good.

I support this. How many completed games are you proposing as the minimum?

Thanks darth. Poll added.

I would also say that those who don't know the site is based on RISK might think freestyle is how every game is if this is the only game mode they join right off the bat.

i support this , new recruits wont understand how freestyle works just like they wont undersand the complicated maps straight away so when they have a few games completed freestyle should become available.

I'm not all too sure about Manual or Terminator.

A) From what i remember, if these new kids come here from that board game we are no way associated with, Risk!, wasn't that game a Manual drop?

B) Terminator isn't all that hard, just if you peg someone off, you get points.

I full heartedly agree with Assassin, Nukes, and Fog, as those are tough enough, only tougher for NoobCakes

I agree, I have seen many new recruits join freestyle games, not understand where all their troops are going, and giving up this site, since they feel like they've had zero chance of winning in the first place

Terminator may encourage new recruits simply to eliminate players for points, but not necessarily for maintaing a good position for defeating other opponents in the long run. This could possibly ruin the game for players who were originally in a better position to win.

There is another suggestion kicking about, which I believe Queen H is responsible for, called Limit new players to Classic and unlock maps over time. Something like that would be quite cool. You could unlock maps and/or settings over time and with the amount of games played. I do support the ideas being thrown around here.

Cheers, JB ;)

Farming? You lose a lot of points to a new recruit if you lose.

I have a bigger issue with playing a speed freestyle against players with those programs that take 10 countries before you can even click roll. That is very unfair to me. At the very least a player should have an icon indicating whether they have the program installed or not. Or I guess I should just get with the times and get it myself. I tried to download it once and it didn't work.
