Concise description:

• Multiple game creation

Specifics:

• Be able to specify the number of games you wish to create.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

[*]Instead of making 1 game at a time why not be able to specify how many you wish to create (within limits of course) Say be able to create up to 10 on the same map - same rules without having to enter start a game 10 times to do it. It will make farming a lot quicker for those of us who are lazy

1: some idiot will make 10000 games at once and crash the server...
2: farming? really?
3: give us all a fair chance for game # 6000000, will ya?

limitting entry, defining a maximum integer to be entered to be valid is something easy to code.
what may not be easy is, to have new procedure for it.

Perhaps you should of READ the sugg before posting. It says limit it to like 10 game blocks.

The farming notation part is a joke.

Game 6000000 - really? Who cares. Ya get a prize?

Except you can only have 50 waiting active games, so if you tried to make 10,000 games at one time, you'd look like an idiot

but since I am one lazy sob, I pick the map and the settings I want and click "create", literally a million times, and booya you got your games.

I don't think it's a bad suggestion. Just optimizes the Game Creation process. I think if this is done for standard games, an obvious extension would be with Tournaments, to allow a TO to create all of his games per round at once.

Valid point....

It's a great idea. It's ridiculous making multiple copies of the same, having to redo it each time.

I think this is a great idea ... with maximum games allowed to be created settings enforced ... it would not be hard to code to have ?? number of games also set to a maximum for waiting games per map

Anything to help the lazy out would be good.

I dont see how anyone could think this is a bad suggestion.

My partner and I often create 2-3 of the same map/settings and it would be a simple change to save players time.

Just add a drop down (1-10) on the current game creating page with text asking you how many game to create..

indeed a great idea. Tournament games could be made ASAP.

I learned that a long time ago too. Once it's setup....just start slamming the "create game" button.....you'll end up with lots of games and there is no 10 game limit...

I only seem to be able to create 1 at a time... This should be easy to be implemented and for those who run tourneys like bruceswar could quickly make the number of matches that they need to.

Yes, this is a great idea. I have often wished that we had the option to create up to 10 games as suggested.
