Rank in Group Members Page

Postby jricart on Tue Mar 01, 2011 8:17 pm

Concise description:
Display the current rank of the player in Group Members Page, The Team Page, Members, etc.
Something similar to the Organizer/Winner Hall of Fame Tournament Section where the rank is on the left side of the username.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
It will be nice to know the current rank for informative help. In that case, you dont need to click on the player name link to display his profile.

Thanks.

I don't understand the suggestion, coudl you provide a screenshot of what you are suggesting...or put it in different words? If it is what I think it is, I like it, but I want to make sure I understand what you are suggesting.

Show Players Rank Symbol On Clan Members Page

Postby InnyaFacce on Sat Mar 19, 2011 1:15 pm

Concise Description :
  • When viewing a Clan's Member page
it does not show what Rank a Player has obtained
  • To the left of a Players Name there is room to show the Rank Symbol
  • When you are viewing the " My Games " page the Rank Symbol is shown

Specifics / Details :
  • Currently a Clan Member page only displays the following information
  • Group Members
  • Title
  • Posts
  • Website, Location
  • Joined Date

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments :
  • When preparing for a Clan Challenge it will be helpful
  • Currently when I am looking at a Clan Member page
I have to click on the Members Name and open it into a new tab
that is the only way to view the Rank of the Player
  • With the existing set-up it is very time consuming
  • With the Rank Symbol beside the Players Name
it will complete the look of the page better

As soon as I get around to coding it, I'll submit it to lack. He'll get it live within a day or two.

Also, for any of you who think lack is doing a bad job on the website or is too slow with updates. Remember that he developed almost the entire website (I'm talking 99%) on his own. Also remember that he has so many updates that he wants to implement, that it takes him a while to get around to them. Understand that while it may take me only a few days or a week to code something like this, that's simply because this is an easier project than most of those that lack takes on. All I'm asking for is a bit of respect for the guy that created the ConquerClub game and community that you all enjoy today.

I also think the location is pointless on that page. I would rather see game statistics. When I'm viewing a clan's usergroup page, I'm not looking to see where they are from. I think replacing the location with game statistics like on a persons wall is more beneficial.
