It would be virtually impossible for a CC mod team to mod clan forums however, that would not be fun...
however, the same currently is possible over PM, MSN, outside forums or phone/voice. Clan forums wouldnt increase cheating except perhaps by making it a little tiny bit easier, with the knowledge that the staff will always be able to read what they are doing. If people want to cheat, they will often find a way...
