Seriously. What the hell happened to you guys? You are waaaay better than this record.

I wish I knew myself, I guess I put it down to busyness but still you would expect better than that. Every week was terrible, every single one of them.

We have yet to do well in the CLA really  I have no idea why, but I don't think the format fits well with how we play, whatever that means :?
I guess we'll just keep doing well in wars and work from there instead.

We did poorly in seasons 1 and 2. We always knew we were better than our results, but we didn't take it seriously like we would a challenge. This year was different. I know Nemesis is top notch, especially after the big win against Legion. I'm looking forward to seeing your next big clan win.

I have to say... it is about time Empire steps up and takes the bull by the horns. Lets see how they do in the playoffs.

I have a strong feeling that this is how we are taking things as well, just not very seriously.

The ass-whooping you all gave us in the Cup put us into gear. We've been flying high since, and we've got plenty of fuel. I don't see us slowing down any time soon. We lost two of our best during this Season for at least one of the rounds, but we have more than enough depth and chemistry right now that we are comfortable putting anyone forward anywhere right now (hence the all-random map challenge). It's our time now. :D

Ah well, back to the competition? Any improvement?
Looks to be close enough to call in this home stretch

Additionally, is there any plans for a similar comp with regards to the final bracket? It won't really be as complicated as the cup draw, but it'd be a fun endeavour.
Jp's got the latest bracket up, so we can go from there.

Strangely, my workings show Me and Pete tied at the top #-o
  • danryan 185
  • Gold Knight 181
  • pmchugh 149
  • commander62890 157
  • MTIceman41 163
  • reptile 270
  • chemefreak 196

  • Squishyg 510
  • jrh_cardinal 154
  • josko.ri 173

It's most likely wishful thinking, so don't quote me on it.

i. I counted the TOFU-LOW Hive game as a LOW win
ii. I didn't call the KORT-TSM WWII Europe game, but everyone except Commander was either too high for both KORT and TSM or too low for both, so their score will be the same no matter who wins
iii. I only scored through josko, a few people behind him I guess were still theoretically in the running, but highly unlikely

1 pmc (148 off) - winningest pick: josko, won 13 games (plus WWII Europe still ongoing)
2 leehar (148) - pick: leehar, won 8 games
3 jrh (154)
4 commander (156 if tsm wins, 158 if kort wins)
5 mticeman (164)
6 josko (174)

sorry leehar, lost the tiebreaker

Congrat's pmc =D> =D> =D> (assuming my math is right)

Lol, you probably are right. I lost out with the only things in my control :(
At least we all know why pmc put me in so few games this season

 To remember for next time: Don't put yourself as pick when the person you'll be in competition with hold your fate in their hands
tbh, I never thought it'd come to the tie-break, otherwise I probably would have chosen someone more likely to garner some wins under their belt.

Looks like the 3 months will most likely be going out to Pmc, It'd be nice if there was perhaps a GA medal or something in the future for those of us who came close. It's definitely something worth doing again in the future, similar to the CC cup predictor as well

Congratulations to pmchugh winner of the Dispatch competition to predict the outcome of the clan regular season. Three months premium and a general achievement medal are on their way.
Congrats also to leehar who tied on the score and only missed out on the win by the tiebreak. General acheivement medal well deserved.
Thanks to all who played.
