hmmm, I was thinking about an idea, what about having another attack step after the fortification step, but after that attack step no more fortifying. So play would go: deploy - attack - fortify - attack - end

No Fortifications option, not unlike the "adjacent", "chained", or "unlimited" options. This option speaks for itself, so lets skip the mumbo jumbo, and go straight to the urgency!

I believe that the Urgency is 3.5, because it isn't that hard to do, and could be a fun option in games.

I think this would Feel Limiting....It could Work but It might also turn into an unending battle...the last 2 players would just keep running through eachothers territory by deploying everything in one area

Sure you could plan fortification during your deployment but once a player does that...then his enemy will deploy a massive force to run over it ....I don't know Set Up A POLL
