Suggested changes include mapmaker name, additions to features based on the information in chipv's table, and additional notes to discuss manual and nuclear settings and how they can change the game. I couldn't help putting in the quip, "like Grant took Richmond" - it's a once-popular saying, and my mother used a LOT... so I linked it to explain it to those who never heard it... I think it appropriate, since it means, "the decisive end of the Civil War."

Introduction
The American Civil War is a map based on the famous war of 1860-1865, which pitted the Union (made up of mainly Northern states) against the Confederacy (a Southern State coalition, which split from the rest of the US). The map has 42 regions and also has varied gameplay, resulting in exciting games.

Looks good to me. If we are updating these guides, can we add a sentence in 2 player to say 11 regions vrs 14 regions vrs 17 regions blah de blah de blah... I think that's become standard in these guides. And there may be a few more points like that. Also how about looking at the few missing apostrophes etc.
I am 99% sure it's not on to link to an external site from an official CC doc like this guide will be - but never mind the quip works better without a link.
