What happens if the round limit is reached in a terminator game?

How is the winner determined? And does the winner take points from all other remaining players?

The player with the most troops will win

In case of a tie on troop count the player with the most regions will win.

In case of a tie on troop count and region count the player that joined first out of those still alive will win.


The player that "wins" terminates everyone else still alive in the game and receives their points.
