Polymorphic/deadbeat

In a polymorphic game, if your opponent is missing turn, is he eliminated after 3 missed turn of any of his colors, or each of himself has to miss 3 turns ?

I quess just the colour caus the game is seeing them as different players.

This one is the current system. A suggestion exists to change it.
