CC may be declining, but this list is UP over 50% from 4 months ago... from 12 to 19!

If you started this as CC's top ranked 20 something players I could see the point but as it stands I find this highly irrelevant. In fact, since you make the assumption that skill at playing risk is synonymous with intelligence per se, you may have to go sit in the corner for this one.
