I also voted no. This is the prime rule. It is made very clear. I don't understand why you opened the second account when you knew it was strictly forbidden. Why not just use your old account, unless you were trying to gain some advantage from the action... like dropping a low point account to start fresh.

If you paid by credit card claim the refund back from your credit card provider. Having said that, I agree that each case should be treated on its own merits, and in your case you should get your premium back.

Scapula, I have to hand it to you. You're obviously a smart guy - the diciton in your last post alone is enough to bear that out - and you almost had me sympathizing with you, but your choice to take the low road and resort to name-calling and being personally offensive destroyed any goodwill you might have engendered with me.

If I break the rules in a bar and am forcibly ejected, I don't get my cover charge back. If I plagiarize a paper and am disenrolled, I don't get my tuition back. Next time, suck it up, accept the responsibility of your actions, and move on.

The way I see it nothing in life is black and white, if you make an honest mistake and there are extenuating circumstances then they should be taken into account.

It appears from looking at this thread that he has been presumed guilty, pretty rough if you ask me.

Personally I think he should have either had his premium membership reinstated or offered a refund. Pretty petty that it's come to all this and I can understand his frustration, just another reason i'm glad I haven't stumped up the cash for premium membership. Good will goes a long way and having played Scapula i've found him to be an honest player.

Epic fail to conquerclub, I won't be recommending this service to anyone else anymore, common sense doesn't prevail once again.

Anyway that's my two-cents.

Actually, I would say he was presumed innocent. By many people, including myself. Then further evidence showed that he really was guilty.

A refund for what? He clearly was able to access his original account, so there is no reason to refund him anything. He simply wanted his cake and to be able to eat it too.
