Where can you find victor objectives and defeat objectives in map that has been developed and how are victor' objectives and defeat objectives placed in a map?

All objectives for a map (if it has any) are listed somewhere on the map. For instance, on Feudal War, you win if you hold all 6 castles.

You can also find them (usually) in the first post of the map's Foundry thread. Go to "browse maps" (from Game Finder), click on the map, then click on "discussion topic."

It's a good idea to know about the objectives, but only a few maps will have them, even fewer will you ever see the objectives taken, and even of those it's going to be pretty rare. But you should still know about them and they can be found in the key.

Now "defeat objectives" as you call them, the things that you will instantly lose for are also not very common on maps, but you should DEFINITELY pay attention to them because people will use them to get you out.
