CC Religious Discrimination

Recently I found out that CC is actively discriminating against a single specific religion. Below are pictures from Wikipedia representing 7 different religions. Can you guess which one CC is discriminating against? Do you believe this is OK? Do you think we should be allowed to display these symbols as our avatar? Do you believe it's ok to treat these religions differently from one another? Do some rules apply to one religion, that don't apply to others?

I appreciate that in this case the swastika is not a racist symbol. However, I do wonder if OP intentionally chose this image as a bit of a controversy-bait, since Diwali has dozens of symbols associated with it, such as this one

By choosing the swastika, you have chosen a symbol you know will provoke a stronger reaction, both from people who misunderstand it and from those who will rush in to defend it.

Context is super important in this case. The number one rule on CC is "don't be intentionally annoying." If you are choosing an avatar that you know will be controversial, just because it is controversial, then you are intentionally being annoying. If you honestly feel that using a swastika as your avatar is a representation of some religious belief, then that is probably ok. If that is actually the case, then say so. Otherwise, the mods will rightly err on the side of not offending anyone.

This has nothing to do with me. I am irrelevant to the conversation. This is about CC selectively discriminating against a single specific religion. Anybody should be free to use any religious symbol from any of these religions. A single specific symbol should not be discriminated against. The symbol is a religious symbol, and nobody should be offended by it. If the mods don't want to offend people, they shouldn't selectively ban images, as I am offended.

I think it might be worth pointing out that there are several easily visible differences between:

A) the red Hindu swastika with slightly curved arms and dots in the middle (as seen in the OP)
and
B) the black Nazi swastika with no curves and no dots

To my knowledge, only the Nazi swastika is being sanctioned on CC.

If a player has an offensive avatar, the mods ask him/her to remove it within 24 hours. If they choose to do not, then the mods will do it for them.

So first its discouraged to wear the avatar, then sanctioned.

Please stop making things up that you think I am doing/thinking/feeling. It's simply unproven conjecture which adds nothing to the discussion.
